Managing Director

Dr. Jason Vann Hamer is the Founder and Managing Member of Vann Investment Partners, a privately held commercial real estate development company located in suburban Philadelphia. He is responsible for the overall management and direction of the company's real estate portfolio including sourcing, acquisition, financing and management. Dr. Hamer maintains and generates new investor and lender relationships.

Dr. Hamer is a dynamic strategist with a passion for driving impactful change. With a robust background in educational leadership, strategy development, and community building, he brings a unique blend of expertise to his role. Dr. Hamer's experience in navigating complex institutional challenges, managing budgets, and designing innovative initiatives showcase his ability to analyze situations, identify opportunities, and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategic solutions.

Dr. Hamer holds a B.A. in Economics from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was recognized as a prestigious E.B. Williams Scholar. He graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education and holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership. Dr. Hamer actively maintains seats on various for-profit and non-profit boards and organizations.
